Norris's rep debunked the speculation, explaining that the actor was thousands of miles from the Capitol. The fact remains, however, that Norris previously endorsed Trump, and has been a proud Republican for years. He also famously spoke out against President Obama's reelection in 2012, and voted against California Proposition 8, which makes same-sex marriage legal, in 2008.

Donald Trump is, to say the least, a very divisive figure. Loved and loathed in equal measure, his term as president was certainly a historic one. And while actors, musicians, and other celebs are, by and large, a liberal bunch, there are always a few who go against the grain.

Jack White, best known as the lead singer and guitarist of the duo The White Stripes, took aim at some stars including Mark Wahlberg and Mel Gibson for “normalizing” Trump by meeting him at public events. More than a couple celebrities were photographed interacting with Trump at the UFC 290 event in Las Vegas over the weekend, and White shared photos of the disgraced president's interactions with the two actors as well as Guy Fieri and Joe Rogan.

“Anybody who ‘normalizes’ or treats this disgusting fascist, racist, con man, disgusting piece of [ ] Trump with any level of respect is ALSO disgusting in my book,” White wrote in his post. “That’s you Joe Rogan, you Mel Gibson, you Mark Wahlberg, you Guy Fieri. This is a statement from me, not a discussion/debate. -Jack White III.”
