The frugal billionaire is known for hanging onto his possessions for decades until they're completely worn out, so it’s unlikely he’ll be updating to a smartphone any time soon!

American author and broadcaster David Sedaris was a hardcore Luddite and refused to engage with technology for many years. In 2007, he said that he had never owned a cell phone, had an email address, or used the Internet, and it hadn’t held his career back at all.
