Some people, unfortunately, have to deal with chronic conditions such as celiac disease or irritable bowel syndrome. But for those who simply experience occasional symptoms such as nausea, abdominal pain, gas, bloating, constipation, or diarrhea, there are some foods you can eat, and some you should avoid completely.
