From fiction to reality - But not all the plane wrecks  around the world have such a clear reason for being there. Let's take a look at some real life cases, which sometimes are as puzzling as mystery movies.

Iceland: location - This is a military plane which was abandoned on a beach in Solheimasandur, Iceland.

United Arab Emirates: the plane - Another abandoned airplane is in the desert in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In 2014 The National published an article on the controversial story of the plane.

United Arab Emirates: mystery - According to the article, the big question was to try and discover why a Russian aircraft had been abandoned on a runway in the United Arab Emirates.
